At echo digitalcreative, the safety and well-being of our customers and our employees is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play in providing our customers with support solutions during this critical time. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our communities safe. We wanted to share with you some steps we are taking.
Aligning with public health authorities
To adjust our response to this pandemic and have a Business Continuity Plan to ensure the continuation of services we are closely monitoring updates from the Government and the NHS regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis.
Protecting our employees and customers
As we interact with customers at many schools, we are taking steps to limit exposure to the virus. We are putting restrictions on travel and as much as possible will be providing remote support. In the event of a site visit having to be made, we have protocols in place regarding hygiene procedures.
Should a visit to site be necessary then this will made during break time or after school to minimise contact.
Assisting our employees
We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support whenever needed. Employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work and we have specific quarantine and communication procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 or is asked to self-isolate by a public health authority, and to provide comprehensive benefits to support them.
Our commitment to our customers and our communities
The role our support plays in keeping people connected is incredibly important in times like these. To meet the demands of our customers at this time we have in place proper contingency plans to ensure service continuity for you, our customers.

We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our staff and customers, but we need your help. If you have any cases in school please let us know so that we can adjust your support services accordingly.
